Review: Sparking the Fire by Kate Meader

I want my very own firefighter…consultant… to “consult” me on (ahem) personal **cough* I mean, professional things… lol This story was super sexy. Especially with how Wyatt and Molly meet. /fans self. Though the plot threw me a bit with the intro of a new family member for Wyatt, he and his sibs did just fine in accepting the change. The reasons for these two not to bring their relationship forward in the beginning didn’t really hold water for me, but they made up for it by being totally hot together so I’ll forgive them :-p I liked these two individually. Their characterization was done well with unique traits that made them relatable. The secondary characters were detailed and distinct as well and I enjoyed getting caught up with previous couples from the series. They added a well rounded feeling to this world Ms. Meader created. All in all this was a sexy read that I devoured in one sitting. I will definitely be reading more from this author. Safety: No OW/OM/Sharing though h’s ex causes some drama. MCs met briefly years before and see other people in their time apart. They were not in a relationship and were not in love at that time. No rape/abuse.

ARC received in exchange for an honest review.

Final Rating: 4 Stars
